Goat Sales Policy

Rustic Dreams Farm reserves the right to retain any kids born on our farm. Any kids listed on our page will be available to the first person who puts a non-refundable deposit of $50 on chosen kid. You will be responsible for pick up of your kid within 1 week of weaning (8 -10 weeks for bucks, 10 weeks for wethers if you want us to band them, and 8-10 weeks for does). If for some reason a kid is to stay in our care past the agreed upon date, there will be a $5/day boarding fee in addition to the price of the kid. There is a sales agreement that will be signed by all parties involved before any goats leave our farm. You will be given a record of all care the goat has received. Deposits/final payments can be made using our website, cash, Venmo, or Zelle. If you wish to pay with another form of payment, prior arrangements must be made. Final payments are due on the day of pick-up. All of our kids are damn raised, unless they require bottle feeding due to unforeseen circumstances. We do handle kids daily and they will be well socialized. We strive to sell friendly goats, but they all have their own personalities! We will not sell a single kid/goat to anyone that does not own goats. You will need to purchase a companion kid/goat or show proof you have another kid/goat arriving around the same time. All kids that leave our farm will be disbudded by our vet if they are not polled. They will have CDT and coccidia preventative as well. All sales are final. All kids are given the best care and will be healthy when they leave our farm. We can not control how a goat is managed once they leave our farm so all liability transfers to the new owners upon pickup. Kids will leave with ADGA registration/transfer paperwork.
